Horrible results after breast lift and implants

I was operated for a breast lift and implant last year June 2012. After this I had complications in my right breast resulting with a hemotome, which bursted through my skin. I was in terrible pain and left with a nightmare of a disformed breast due to this. I was operated again in November to remove a clot which formed and they never corrected the position of the prosteses. Left me with still a disformed breast, horrible scars and now pain due to the prosteses pushing against the damaged skin. The doctor told me in November 2012 that no one will see it - the bad scars and disform of my breast. They to me also about saying they did reposition the prosteses with the final operation - I went for a check up a few days ago at another plastic surgeon in Gauteng who confirmed this information with me. Now I need to go for the operation all over again to try and rescue the horrible nightmare I'm left with. Dr Charl Marais only made his fortune out of me and didn't care less. I will always tell people to never go to him and also because of his negative attitude, not correcting HIS mistake and leaving me as a woman with the bad memory and constant pain! He's a -artist and thieve!
