SARS wont help me resolve a problem

Good Day

By mistake i had submitted to IRP6 and now i owe sars and i wont get my rebate. I do not get an IRP6 it was done in error. contacted sars and they say they cant help. Please can someone help me remove the IRP6 submission. Im gona lose my rebate.
