Terrible service Lydenburg

I sent in my Navara for its service. The list that was required to do is as follows:
Vibration on my back wheels
Knock on my front wheels
Hooter does not work
Diagnostics to be reset

The car was sent in! 4/15 October, the report that was wrong was, my rear wheel bearings had gone and my front bushes and ball joints were loose. We do bushes, so I can repair them, and I sent in the control arms for the ball joints. On Monday 21 October I gave them the control arms. The wheel bearings could only be supplied by Nissan at R 18 500 for the both of them. Lydenburg could arrange for repairing of the bearings at R 3600. This we accepted. Tuesday 29 October the wheel bearings would be fitted, and I could collect my vehicle on Wednesday.
Come Wednesday, my new garage card would not be accepted, as the Limit was R10000., the service cost R 12800. I asked if I could come in at 17H30, to pay the whole amount, the answer no we close at 17H00, come tomorrow. I leave for work at 06H00. The car was finally released, my stearing wheel faced west, vibration still there, hooter not working. The answer, bring your car in tomorrow, it will be fixed in two hours. Its now Friday, ...
