I am highly disgusted and shocked at the level of service and the urgency given to get customers their refunds in Gautrain. I have been sent from pillar to post since October and last week i was given 2-3 days before I get my refund, but nothing has come out of it. When call the relevant people, they no longer answer their phones nor do I get any update how far or what the hold up is on the Refund. Can Gautrain please up their game. This is unacceptable!
