PINETOWN HOMEAFFAIRS STAFF MEMBER

The African lady who attended to the Passport Counter on the morning of 05/11/2013 has to go on some training for social skills. Working in a frontline position and having attitude with clients who may I add PAY FOR THEIR PASSPORTS should not be sitting in that spot!

She was rude and intimidating, clearly has no love for what she does or the service she decided to provide by stepping into that position. Even while I was complaining to the utterly useless branch coordinator at the offices she had this pathetic callous grin on her face.

Another lady who was seated next to me warned me and told me NOT to take her on, because she is a very intimating and B|*$Tchy woman, and she too had a step off with this same employee a while back.

HOW CAN YOU EVEN ALLOW THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOR IN YOUR OFFICES???

AN APOLOGY WON'T DO, IF I HAD MY WAY i'D RATHER SEE HER WORKING AT CORRECTIONAL SERVICES, SHE SHOULD BE A PRISON WARDEN WHERE SHE IS ALLOWED TO BE CALLOUS TO CRIMINALS NOT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.
