I received a terrible service from a lady who was working at the collections counter at centurion home affairs on Friday 6 Dec 2013.She spoke to us as if we were small children and she said straight to us that she was not going to help us. These officials think that they are doing us a favour by providing service to us. It is their job to help us when we need to apply for ID's and passports. We also work with customer and we have time line to stick to.
