BRT Rea Vaya System
Poor service

I have encountered the worse service at the Orland East Station (Orlando Stadium) on Sunday 03.11.2013 there was only one person there who called himself a supervisor by the name of Mzwandile he was so rude He told me right onto my face that he can't open the door because he doesn't know how to use a remote (rather tell me its not working) at the Station. Three Buses left us because all the staff was late, and none of them apologised, they need to be trained on client service, they are so incompetent and unprofessional. BigUps to the bus drivers they are always on time, very helpful and they always have to hoot for them in order to open doors for people.
