Good day

This is a very long story and I would like to speak to someone within the FNB legal department as nobody is getting back to me on this matter.

In short: I supposedly owe FNB money from 2006, but have not received statements or anything since then. Ward Ward and Pienaar have taken judgement against me twice and now that I am asking for proof, I would like to know from FNB what I owe FNB, if in fact, I do owe you any money. In light of recent securitization reports, I have the right to know whether debt allocated to me has been securitized or not.

Ward Ward and Pienaar seem to think its okay sending people to my house where my wife and children are and upsetting them everytime and getting money out of me. I have had enough. If i owe FNB the money, I will gladly make an arrangement to pay and honour that arrangement. But I require proof, which WWP are unable to provide.

PLEASE contact me on email (so that I can send you what I have) and by phone so that I know who I am dealing with and when it will be resolved.

Strangest thing is that FNB are calling me to open bank accounts, yet are sueing me for an exhorbitant amount.
