BRT Rea Vaya System
Payment system a Nightmare

After much hesitation I finally decided to Risk and try Rea Vaya and its almost impossible payment system that swallowed thousands of their customers, I bought the card for R20.00 and was adviced I can only fill minimum of R25.00, that's ALL I was told, I took 1 trip to town, the next morning, I filled another R25.00 and onli took 1 trip to town again, the 3rd Morning I enquired my balance, n I had R5.00, was told of sum R17.00 penalty fee I was NEVER advised of initially so I only went to town twice for R50.00, I scanned the card and it opened, Logically if it opens it should mean all is well... unless someone found it necessary to inform me about the messy terrible system and how to avaoid penalties, cause right now I cant wait for Rea vaya to be history cause eventually it is gonna fail, Completely.
