I reported a fault with the charging system. 3 times on 2 days and they kept on closing the queries without attending to the faults. I called the cell numbers of the attending technicians that I got from the Florida center, they kept promising they would attend.
All this time I tried to eXplain that I needed the power as I have a chronically sick child on the house, all this did not help.
