City power lenasia south really!!!

We are a business based in lenasia south, south of jhb. we have not had power since 05.00am 10 august 2013 . this fault was reported to city power twice already and I obtained the reference no 2142967599.bearing in mind we have to run a business and most of our stock needs refridgeration.it is now 20.37 pm and city power tells me they donot have any technicians avail to do the job, they have a back log since Monday 05 august 2013, THIS IS NOT FAIR BECAUSE THE ILLEGAL HOUSES IN THE AREA ARE THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE POWER OUTAGES BECAUSE THEY HAVE KEYS TO THE CITY POWER BOX AT THE BACK OF THE STORE AND THEY TAP INTO THE BOX AS THEY SEE FIT!!! CAN ANY BODY OUT THERE HELP ME
