Detective that doesn't do his jo

I opened a case and detective Maila was suppose to handle the case!! But he never called not even once I called his office twice and left messages but he didn't bother to respond!! Our country is dying because of policemen like him who fail to do their job!! I called again today with more info about my ID and bag that got lost but. No nothing!! I dont think we needpeople like hin in the SAP because he is clearly useless
