On 1 October I referred my dispute with MTN to the email address of the Ombudsman supplied on the MTN invoice. A form was forwarded to me to be completed, which I did and sent it back to Colin. On 9 October I mailed Colin again for any feedback, but as at today's date, I am no closer to getting any clarity on my query. I dialed the number supplied but it goes to voice mail with no option to leave a message.
I wish to know why the account is so high and proof of how it escalated to such an amount and please don't tell me it's for "browsing the internet".
