06h55 bus arriving at 07h30 or not pitching

The driver who used to pick us up was apparently shifted to another shift and if we r lucky the bus pitches up at 07h30 with the 1st explanation being they r training new drivers. Then the bus doesn't pitch and we r told they r short of drivers hence our initial driver was moved. Then we r told 'at least we gave u a bus' as if we ride for free! Then there r traffic lights which r out. But driver tells us he's only told in the morning that he's going to Sunninghill but not told what time he should be there. When calling 0113396191 for help, if u r lucky they pick up and send u from pillar to post telling u it's not their fault the bus comes late. Their drivers r as rude as their managers at dispatch, they speak to people like they gave them a lift in their private cars. If Metrobus doesn't want to service Sunninghill, can it kindly take its buses out of our suburb so other bus services can render this service which they run like a free bus service provided to stranded Sunninghill residents who must shut up and appreciate the favour they r getting for free even.

They must either improve on punctuality and etiquette or leave our suburb in peace. We need reliable transport for we pay.
