Deducting from electricity purchased

My municipal account fell in arrears due to personal reasons. After a while whenever I bought prepaid electricity amounts were deducted for the arrears. In a month the average deduction was -R300, but when my account comes it doesn't reflect any of these deductions. So where are these monies going?
