No longform birth certificate a year later

We applied for an unabridged brith certificate just over a year ago.

To our surprise they informed us a month later that it was ready for pick up. Unfortunately my surname was spelt wrong because they forgot to add the last letter and thus they had to re-do it.

We haven't heard a word since and when I try to call one of the 5 listed numbers, 3 are always engaged and 2 keeps on ringing.

Does anybody actually answer calls?
