No bill received since last year June (2012)

We haven't received a Electricity Bill since last year June 2012. I have phoned a million times only to speak to someone that's either half asleep or is pretending not to know what I'm talking about. Eventually someone took down my e-mail address, only to receive nothing. I have gone so far to write them a letter and e-mailing it to customercare@mbomebla.gov.za - but only to be ignored.
