How many promises before Jacklin delivers?

I am so frustrated with Jacklin Enterprises. They apologised to me on Hellopeter in June 2012 for the mistake that they made. Since June 2012 I have on numerous occassions requested a clearance letter (these things have a nasty habbit of repeating itself and I wanted to protect my own interests). Each of my enquiries was responded to with a promise to have the matter sorted out and the letter sent to me. To date I have not received the said letter. How much longer do I have to wait while you are either awaiting feedback or awaiting the letter - surely half a year is more than enough time to source one letter?

Please respond with an exact date on which I could expect to receive the letter (hopefully before another half year passes).
