It is unfortunate, that I have to express my utter dissappointment, in customer service.

I attempted efiling, and was unable to complete a certain section, as it defaults as zero.

The wonderful website, gives you an option, so get a call centre agent to contact you, however, the caller, did not seem keen in assisting. She sent me a link, and I asked her why its taking so long to send.

She said it will come through. In her tone of voice, she sounded as though she just wanted to end the call, and did not care.

That was 2 weeks ago, and still no link!

The call centre agents are able to assist during normal bussiness hours, which I can appreciate. However, I take time to try and fill in the form. After several attempts to edit the account page, nothing worked$

The site is extremely friendly, which I can tel that lots of time and thought was put into it.

One call centre agent, can ruin how sars are actually trying to better a service.

It took me a while to report this, as I was demotivated and felt that I should just not do my efiling.

I'm not sure the exact date and time it happend.
