Poor service received

I have been trying to obtain a list of registered builders in the West Rand, with their contact details, from the 12th of September 2013. I have given my contact details to employees via phone and I have sent numerous e-mails to their Gauteng branch! The email response I got said I needed to check their website. I responded to this email notifying them that I can not access information from the website as it does not list contact details (even included print screens). I have just been blatantly ignored! I phoned this morning to lodge a complaint as I have still not received any information. Their phone rings with no answer and it takes at least 5 tries to get through! I spoke to various employees within the organisation who kept passing the buck to the next. I was also put through to the person who received and read my emails but did not respond with the requested information. Parties that I spoke to refused to give me contact details for a senior manager!! I have now had ENOUGH!!! How am I supposed to appoint a registered builder if I cannot get contact details for builders in my area?
