Final demand on tv licence

I started receiving sms's reading: FINAL DEMAND ON TV licence 413244732. I phoned, they referred me to the website, I lodged a complaint and never heard anything from the SABC!! I never had a TV licence because I don't own a tv. is there help for us please??
