E-filling

I was requested to submit supporting documenst on e-filling, I submitted one documenst and the i dont have option to upload the 2nd documenst. i called the call centre for help and was advised that i need to take the second document in to the branch? so what is the point of efilling if i still have to go sit in the long Q's at the branch? I am a working person and do not have laxury of time to go waist in the branch.
