After receiveing an automated repsonse from Hello Peter confirming the GPAA does not respond to any complaints, I phoned the Call Centre again (on recommendation by Hello Peter) and requested that my query be escalated. I was then put through to a supervisor by the name of Portia who informed me that the Department will escalate my query. I am still waiting with no feedback.
