If you dont like the school, look for another one

I phone basic education enquiring about language usages in school, I wanted know know the rights I have as a parent and choices available about the language my child can be taught in. I spoke to Lydia Letsholo who referred me to Renault Kuhles. Mr Kuhles told me that I have no alternatives, since I went to the school I must just accept all as is or go to another school. The manner in which he spoke to me was rude and appalling. he gave me lectures about educational terminologies in such a condescending manner, I am speechless.
