Bad attitude, no service in department of education

I wrote my Matric exams in 2010 at DDT Jabavu, the statement came back with only 3 subjject s and the rest was missing, i reported the matter @the dep of education regional in PE-they said the i must go back to school to redo grade 12 even gave me the name of the school, i went and did my grade 12 again in 2012 to my suprise, again, my results were lost, I went to the regional office still did not get any help, i went to Bhisho they were extremely rude, all the ladies i spoke to they had an "i do not care attitude"i came back with nothing. I am now sitting doing nothing at home cannt go to school, cannt get a job - my futer is just ruined because of the negligence and igonarance of the department of education- in Bhisho they refused to let me speak to the HOD.
