Lack of Air Cons used-Smell-Overcrowded Trains

Good Morning

Could something please be done about this. It is digusted. Why is the service so expensive and such
POOR SERVICE is rendered. Get 8 Carts on those lines. It is unheard of in oversea countries. Why do we have to STAND for this. Those Trains are so full and yet we have to pay TOP DOLLAR to use it. DO SOMETHING - PLEASE. Can the aircons pleae be used on the Trains And the Buses. So many people are using the trains now. Why can we not have 8carts in peak hour. Why:?? U stand all the pay. So expensive to use.yet we have to tolerate such Bad Service. Between 06h00 - 08h00 (mornings) and 16h00 - 18h00.

We approaching Festive Season/Tourist in our country and we cannot even get to work on time because the Trains are packed in the mornings. Thank you
