Sabotaging the country

On the 04/09/2013 at 10:50am, the power in Windsor West and many surrounding areas went out. I tried to get through to city power just to find out what was happening and when power would be restored but to no success. At 18:00 I tried again and the lady who answered (couldn't hear the name-she was eating) simply told me that she knows nothing about power outages and transferred my call which ended up un-answered.
The service they provide is and there is no competence/truthfulness there. Even the director there seems to be another embarrassing example to this democracy (he was on holiday whilst there was issues with micro-management). The issues there should've been kept internal, We are sick of being held at ransom by a gvt.&it's subsidiaries, who are bigoted. Ironically the struggle not so long ago was against bigoted mentalities.so what's happening there is nothing less than sabotage to this land... WTH is wrong with you?...Too much money and monopoly maybe?
