I applied for a card 3june 2013, was approved and the supplier (virgin money) told me 3 days then i have my card. UTi calls me 5june, i miss call and call back. they tell me someone will call me the same day, no call received. i call again 6 june. they tell me i will be called, no call. 7th of june i call again, each time on 0116719500 and the receptionist tell me she gave it to the "Supervisor" which i know is the biggest lie. no call received, i keep telling the lady that it is important that i get that card ASAP. So monday 10 june i call again and she tells me i need to arrange with Virgin money for a new delivery as they cant get hold of me, system says they called me friday but they didnt. Last night they called me (11june) 6pm, i picked up and they put the phone dead. called back, no answer!!! they are making banks look bad as they deliver service for them, i want my card in my hand today, they phoned my partner 3 times and arranged delivery for 3 days, they have not shown up. this is the worst company to use and such an embarassement that big companies rely on them.

No one has called me and spoken to me, very bad manners!
