Gautrain
Absolutely disgusting service and attitude!

We decided to have a day out using the Gautrain to have lunch at Melrose Arch..NOT ONE Gautrain staff member even knew where that was..the bus service was horrendous..we couldn't recharge our cards to get back to the train at Rosebank and not one person could help..we were left stranded and this has been such an unpleasant experiwnce and so typical of what to expect in SA..very disapppointing and unacceptable
