Very rude staff

The people answering the phone from the call center are absolutely useless and very rude.
You need to fire these people or send them for people skills training as they are incompetent.

You guys sent out my infringement notice 15 days AFTER the expiring date for the discount. This is ridiculous and. How do you offer a discount if the letter is sent after the cut off date.!
please sort this out immediately

And I am sure that it is pointless me evening sending out this complaint because knowing any government department, it wont even be read.
