I phoned SARS for some help on my returns, seeing that they offer the help online.
I waited 12mins on the line before I was helped. (Which I can understand if they were busy)
Then, when I was finally helped by this arrogant lady, she had an attitude and eventually put the phone down in my ear while I was trying to querry something that I didnt understand!!! She was being arrogant and was raising her voice when I was saying that I dont understanf what this one code meant!!!

This is blady ridicolous!!! Why offer the service if you dont want to help us!!!
