What happened to the discounts, mxm

Yesterday around 5pm, I took a gautrain bus at ghallager estate in Midrand, it charged me 20 bucks however I ddnt get any discount wen I checked in at the midrand station within 15 min of boarding the bus, I was surprised wwhen I got off at hatfield within an hour that still I ddnt get the discount therefore I was charged the full 20 bucks. I. I complained to the cashiers this morning and they said they will get back to me but its now 8:55 pm nd no one has contacted me. I know that 20 bucks is not a lot but I'm unhappy on the service that I received as I was misled by the cashiers as they have promised to get back to me.really is this how gautrain operates
