BAD DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

I have been calling since Tuesday 12th August 2013 & not response from them. Its is now the 16.08.2013 and last night the municipality came to my home at 22h00, to do what- KNOWS.. Due to the bad weather in CT the yard has been flooded, the sewage water and the storm water has now flooded my yard. This is very frustrating for my family and I and this poses a health risk. I need this matter to be resolved and all that they telling me is that someone will come out. This matter has caused my paving at home to sink. All that I want is for someone to come out and do something about it. This is not my problem but the city of cape town... I would appreciate it if this matter can be resolved as soon as possible. I am a rate payer and yet when it comes to problems like this, nothing gets done.
