Incorrect Rates and Water Accounts for 3 years

On accounts 900918033 & 900918058 a higher factor rate for land was charged after new homes were built. A home built has a lower rate factor. There rates rates were grossly incorrect and the water cut off as I could not pay the ridiculous amount charge. I paid monthly what I thought the amount should be., but the water was shut off. In March 2013 after a correction the accounts were in a further mess Finally after 3years of running around Sihle More has asked her team to correct it. Some of it is being done. I requested to be advised with whom I could reconcile the accounts when done. I am still waiting. In the meantime I do not have water as it it shut off.
I want to pay but the City depts. just cannot get there act together.
