SARS VAT/TAX PROCESSES TAKE FOR EVER

First and foremost I don't know weather its the systems they use or the just have a bunch of incompetent staff really, My company was VAT deregistered because of not trading for some time well we got back up and I started applying for my clearance certificate I was informed by the consultant that we deregistered for VAT
and in order for to get letter of good standing I have to submit IT15 forms and the new address where our offices are situated and I did just that I was advise process takes7 working day now on the 11 Working day and after several calls to their call centre everybody telling me they cant trace my application I went to the branch guess what not 1 person bother to capture it took me 6 hours in the long queue leaving the business behind to seat there for somebody else's mistake now I re-registered for VAT 19 July site visit was done successfully when I even call to check on the process its either their system is not updated or the have very incompetent consultants and guess what SARS it costing us Money and time up until now nobody has bothered to even tell me what really is happening with the registration and im losing business.
