Long weekend, no powe

Our power has been off from Friday 9 August 2013 up until now.i have called the consumer line and they are busy sorting it out.i have driven around our block and there is no one attending to the matter in klippan road Montana .we are on pre paid electricity from impact meters, but we still receive our electricity from tswane.can someone please tel me who is going to replace all my stuff that went bad in my fridge? we do not have warm water anymore, it is a long weekend and I have paid all my electricity bills in time and on the exact date, why no power tswane???
