3 day power cuts no reason no response!

? Today it is the third night/ day that the city of Tswane has just decided to switch off electricity without informing the residents of the town. I mean the entire town has electricity right up to the neighboring township (who by the way use illegal or free connections) has electricity except us, the Erasmus area, this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Without informing us for the past THREE days/ nights they just seem to cut the lights which leads to damaged appliances. Buy oh when they were updating records they were fast and efficient in sending out demands and really cutting electricity of overdue accounts. Where must I go boil water for my babys bottle at such short notice all my friends are gone out its the weekend. Not to mention it's extremely dangerous, there have been a number of break ins in the area and having these sudden unannounced power cuts adds to our insecurity and not to mention it leaves us helpless. So much for change in our town the city of tswane has brought nothing but inconvenience and trouble. we pay on time their ridiculous billing accounts (extremely high based on estimates) too and this is the service we receive. It's all money no service!!!
