Rudeness & NO service at Centurion licensing dept

I went to book an appointment for my drivers test and after being told (falsely) that there were no forms, the manager (Mr Marais) couldn't answer my simple question (what should I do) he basically yelled at me that they have "the right" to refuse applicants when they're short staffed- which is, it was well before closing time and why should that be my problem? Of the 20 counters, only 3 were operational because these people feel entitled to leave early even though they only work 8am-3pm. But that's beside the point, I had to sit through traffic to get to the center, I would be the 1 sitting in a endlessly long queue, victim to your poor service, so the least you could do is have a shred of courtesy when dealing with people Mr Marais. This is not the 1st time you were rude to me, truly you are a disgusting, pathetic excuse for a human being and it's beyond me how you ever got your job. How dare you talk to me as if I owe you something you sick, cruel man. I have honestly never in my life been on the receiving end of such rude behaviour, shame on you. I don't expect much to change, I never ever had a good experience there, but this was by far the worst, definitely won't return.
