On the 13th of June i reported a leak. City of Johannesburg apparently went to "fix" the leakage twice unsuccessfully since then. It has now been another three weeks that i have been launching a complaint and asking about the status of this leakage. It is now my second reference number, still no sign of city of Johannesburg going out to this site and when they do the technical teams are so useless they cannot even fix a leakage - how on earth do they handle big water damage projects successfully. Who is paying for the water costs up until this point. Call Center Keeps on saying it is being forwarded marked as urgent to the operations manager still nothing after 5 days. Is Phoning regarding a matter more then 12 TIMES, GETTING a 2ND REFERENCE NUMBER not enough validation that this matter is due for the immediate following working day! Logging of the work being done is false as they reported it was fixed at 9 this morning - NO one was there and it is still leaking. Get your workers up to scratch and DON"T ABOUT JOBS BEING COMPLETED WHEN CLEARLY THEY AREN"T!!!
