Kept as hostage by Gautrain

Yesterday afternoon I was held hostage at the Sandton City Gautrain station for almost an hour. There was some incident and nobody was allowed to leave the parking area. When I approached security they were extremely rude and told me that I need to go to the information centre if I want to know what was going on. Nobody knew what was going on. There was a mob forming demanding answers why we are being kept hostage in the parking area. In total I would estimate there were about 60 cars that trapped in the parking area that weren't allowed to leave. I feared for my life and found an alternate way to exit. How can a big entity like the Gautrain not have a contingency plan or someone knowledgeable to assist in an emergency like this. They need to investigate what went wrong to prevent future incidents like this.
