17 Winder street Umkomaas Road have never been ta

I am utterly discussed by the service we have received from our Umkomaas Municipal Service. We have been told now for years 15 years that our road is not in the book year to be tarred.
Our Neighbors moved there front gate from Barrow to Winder street and get the road tarred up to there front gate. They obviously know someone at the Umkomaas road repair service that was also able to remove all there building rubble from the front of there yard. I have photos to prove all this.
I will take this matter as far as I can as I sick of fighting year after year to get our road tarred!
This is unacceptable because we are also regular rate payers!
