I PHONED ETHEKWINI AT 9AM THURSDAY 1ST AUGUST TO GIVE AN ELECTRICITY METER READING AND THE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. HE DIDN'T GIVE HIS NAME, SAY 'GOOD DAY' OR ANYTHING - HE JUST BLURTED OUT COMMANDS AND THEN SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN WITHOUT SAYING 'GOODBYE, THANK YOU OR ANYTHING'. HOW CAN ETHEKWINI EMPLOY SUCH RUDE, UNEDUCATED MISFITS!!! FROM A THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED PAYING CLIENT
