I was given a form to complete by Mudau and had same sent back the next day which was 26 July 2013 and to date I have not received any feedback, response whatsoever. Furthermore, the numbers given are all out of order.
Please can we get some feedback on our claim as to what is happening or what next step we should take etc.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
