Am still waiting for the change of ownership of my

To whom it may concern

My name is Sindiswa Dlamini, last year in March I bought a house in Southfork, Vereeniging Road everything concerning the transfer was done and did get a letter from the seller's Attorney to take it through to City of Johannesburg for application of change of ownership of which I did on the 5th of May 2011 submitting all the supporting and required documents.

I was told it was going to take 6 weeks to 3months but I have to call to make a follow up. I called after 6 weeks to the number I was told to use and was told it has not been change, after I went back to the office personally again this year on the 17 April 2012, I asked for the consultant who helped me with my application i.e. Irene Bosch who told me still the account hasn't change yet and referred the matter to her supervisor, I was promised that the matter will be sorted but till today the change of ownership has not been changed, instead they changed the previous owner's address only, I received the old owner's account on my postal address.

My problem is that I can see that the arrears are accumulating and I am not going to pay for this account that is not on my name, and I am also not going to pa
