11 March 2013 at 12h00 I phoned Metsimaholo to report my watermetre that is broken and I have no lid. I spoke to MC Botha and he said they will send someone. 13 March 2013 at 8h50 I spoke to MC again with the same story. 19 March 2013 at 10h20 I report it again to Marchia. 26 March 2013 at 8h45 I spoke to MC again. 9 April 2013 at 12h00 I spoke to Marchia again who told me she reported it to Thoko. 9 April 2013 at 13h45 I spoke to Thoko and she said she will make sure that they repair it as soon as possible. 7 May 2013 at 9h50 I spoke to MC again. 19 June 2013 at 10h00 I spoke to Thoko again and she said she will phone me back with feedback. 25 July 2013 8h45 I phoned Thoke again but there is no answer.

My watermetre is not working? Any one can try and phone Metsimaholo, there is no answer or they put the phone down in youre ear... My water account is a mess and no one seems to care? But if you don't pay, then they know how to do their jobs!!!
