No rubbish disposal

It has been 3 weeks, if not a month, since Sasolburg community members have had their trash removed. We have young children, and cannot leave it in our yard - but leaving it on the pavement means runaway dogs tearing our rubbish bags to shreds and spreading the trash around. This is not only unsightly, it is downright unhygienic. We pay our taxes/levies diligently; we expect service delivery.
