MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

For the past 2 months I receive threatening notices from Citypower. They threaten to cut my electricity although I pay diligently and email them my meter reading monthly with a photo as proof for not reading the meter themselves. Now I work during the day so how the can I give people access to my property if I am at work. I phoned and made an appointment but requested they phone me when they were at the property NO LUCK they never phoned. Then I emailed an aggressive email and had Emily phone me last week Thursday. Again I setup an appointment for the reading for today 23 July 2013 at 12pm I left work at 11:30 and was at home from 11:40 and guess what everyone, I am still waiting.
This pathetic people will threaten the customers but they are unable to deliver proper service. And how ridulous to be threaten with power cut when you pay your account (more than the meterreading!) as they ignore my readings and make estimates that are much higher!! And the worst is that one cannot complain to them as they do not care. There is no repurcusions for these people, NONE at all. Like E-tolls its about time that we as paying customers stand together and take these people on!!
