Terrible Service and BAD Advice

Made the mistake of submitting my return too early. When seeking assistance was advised to request correction. Unable to succeed went to branch (mutiple times). They eventually told me to manually submit my return. Got all my documents together and went back again. They submitted my return. I only found out afterwards that they actually loaded an objection. Then got informed I can wait up to 60 days for my return to be reviewed. Spend hours and hours at the branch. Mutiple calls to the contact centre with bad advice!!! Not acceptable!!! Now I must be punished because I made one simple mistake and I followed bad advice from multiple of their staff and an objection was loaded when I was informed they will manually submit the return. To make matters worse I went to the branch twice and spend hours in the line waiting only to be told they could not help me because once the e-filing girl did not show up as scheduled and the other time because of system maintenance. Not to mention the other 3 times I waited hours in line to be helped. Now all I get told is you have to wait up to 60 days???
