Emergency not attended to

My sister had a miscarriage on thursday the 11th of July at night. We took her there at around 12 midnight and she was admitted. She was in pain, and we were of the opinion that it was going to be attended as soon as the doctor came in the morning. It was confirmed she had indeed miscarried. The following day when we went back to check on her, we were told that the doctors didnt come to look at her on friday. we were told she will be taken to the soner on saturday and to theatre on that same day to get her cleaned, soo she was told not to eat as the process does not require her to do so. She obliged and not had a meal from Saturday and yesterday but to this date no docter attended her and our worry as family is that she hasn't been eating for 2 days now and no one is willing to tell us when will the docters get to look at her. She was not cleaned, not been eating and our worry is that, what if this would have a negative impact on her health
