Even Da Presidential Hotline haven't done anything

Despite continuously complaining an faxing of doccuments it has been 2years an they still haven't corrected my surname in order to get my passport an its almost 2 years that my husband is waiting for an extention on his trp, they say the presidential Hotline is the last place you can go to for any complaints to be resolved, almost a year an nothing from them aswell.can't even get my passport in my own county!
